The Catalyst Circle Agreement

THE OFFER

We have extended an offer to you, "Client" or "You," to join Take On Bar Exam Circle Coaching, LLC’s Catalyst Circle. The Catalyst Circle is our signature program. It is a highly-selective, invitation-only, coaching program that is a hybrid of group and one-on-one coaching.

THE AGREEMENT

Our Promise:

Take On Bar Exam Coaching, LLC agrees to provide the following bar exam coaching services to you commencing on the agreed upon start date and ending on July 18, 2025:

• twice per month one-on-one tutoring sessions

• small group bar exam strategy and writing workshops

• once a week group essay tutorials, review, feedback and critiques

• once a week group performance test tutorials, review, feedback and critiques

• once a week group multiple choice test taking strategy and review sessions

• 1 essay reviewed every other week

• 1 performance task reviewed every other week

• mindset and executive functioning coaching

• customized study schedule

• access to resources: Approaches, Slide Guides, and QLists designed for bar exam mastery

• MBE, performance test, and essays questions that have been released by the bar examiners

• Special bonus for LeMarcus

  • 1 extra essay graded every other week

  • Veterans’ Discount

Your promise:

The Client agrees to pay $9,000.00 for our Catalyst Circle bar exam coaching program, which ordinarily costs $9,800.00 but is being offered with a Veterans’ Discount. The payment is due in full at the time the Client signs the agreement. Your access to the Catalyst Circle is made conditional on payment of this fee and any agreement to split payments is incorporated into this Agreement. You agree to attend all one-on-one and group coaching sessions and to perform all work assigned in good faith. You agree that you have the following materials:

• Adaptibar Online MBE Program

• Emanuel's Strategies & Tactics For The Bar Exam (8th Edition)

• Access to Kaplan, Barbri or Themis Outlines

THE GUARANTEE

The No Fail Zone Guarantee: Pass or Get 4 More Months of Aggressive Support—FREE!

Guarantee Requirements:

• Program Completion: Complete at least 95% of all assigned tasks.

• Coaching Sessions: Attend all group coaching sessions.

• Essays: Submit the 2 assigned essays every other week.

• Performance Tests (PTs): Submit 1 assigned performance task every other week.

• MBEs: Complete at least 1,800 assigned multiple choice questions.

• Track: Complete the TOBEC Rule Tracker and submit weekly.

• Progress Tracking: Submit weekly study progress reports.

• Timely Submission: All tasks must be completed according to the assigned schedule.

If You Don’t Pass:
You’ll retain full access to all resources and group coaching sessions for 4 additional months—at no extra cost. We're in this fight with you until you win!

THE FINE PRINT

Georgia law governs this agreement. This agreement is not transferable. The services contained within this agreement are not transferable and any assignment is void; these services are customized for your particular needs. We cannot and do not guarantee particular results. The fee is non-refundable. We may elect to terminate your participation in the Catalyst Circle, in our sole discretion and without notice, should you repeatedly fail to adhere to this contract’s terms. Our materials are copyrighted, which means you are not allowed to disseminate them in any format. We will protect your privacy and may use an anonymized version of your work with future clients or for marketing purposes, after first removing identifying information. There will be laughter and there may be tears, but we're going to get you through the bar exam together.
