Bar Exam Coaching Agreement For Face
THE OFFER
We have extended an offer to you, "Client" or "You," for one on one coaching with Take On Bar Exam Coaching, LLC.
THE AGREEMENT
Our Promise:
Take On Bar Exam Coaching, LLC agrees to provide the following bar exam coaching services to you commencing on the agreed upon start date and ending on February 21, 2025:
• once-a-week, one-on-one, 1-hour tutoring sessions
• Weekly PT and CA Essay review and comments
• PT and Essay questions that have been released by the bar examiners
Your promise:
The Client agrees to pay $7,800.00 for one on one bar exam coaching program. The payment is due in full at the time the Client signs the agreement and your access to the our bar exam coaching program is made conditional on payment of this fee.
THE FINE PRINT
Georgia law governs this agreement. This agreement is not transferable. The services contained within this agreement are not transferable and any assignment is void; these services are customized for your particular needs. We cannot and do not guarantee particular results. The fee is non-refundable. We may elect to terminate services, in our sole discretion and without notice, should you repeatedly fail to adhere to this agreement’s terms. Our materials are copyrighted, which means you are not allowed to disseminate them in any format. We will protect your privacy and may use an anonymized version of your work with future clients or for marketing purposes, after first removing identifying information. There will be laughter and there may be tears, but we're going to get you through the bar exam together.
